Charlotte Beeden
The programme will be led by Charlotte Beeden, with 5 years of experience in content creation, building a community of over 60,000 followers.
Charlotte's success came after noticing a unfulfilled niche in “studytube” for students who attended comprehensive schools. Charlotte built a successful YouTube community, where she provided studying advice, vlogged her journey to university and connected with other students to empower working class students to pursue higher education.
Charlotte has worked in digital campaigning since graduating in 2023, and is passionate about providing opportunities for creators to thrive.
Alfie Green is a creative director, strategist, and founder of digital agency Monty, dedicated to crafting impact-driven campaigns that drive cultural and social change. He played a key role in the Labour Party’s Creator Programme during the election, partnering with content creators to engage new audiences.
His clients include Comic Relief, The Gates Foundation, TikTok, Department for Culture, Media & Sport, and The Diana Award. Recognised for his innovative approach, Alfie has won three Cannes Lions and a Broadcast Digital Award. Whether shaping brand narratives or leading creative teams, he is committed to work that inspires, engages, and makes a difference.
